FAQ

What is the damage waiver?

The damage waiver is a 10% non-refundable charge. This covers the “normal wear and tear” of all equipment. Please see Terms & Conditions for additional information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy applies to our party and event items. We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice on all cancellations or reservation adjustments. If less than two weeks is given, the customer shall pay 50% of the contract due as liquidated damages.

What is the difference between a half day and a full day?

A half day is four (4) working hours and a full day is eight (8) working hours. We track these hours on the machine’s meter.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery for an additional charge. This covers both delivery and pick-up. Please call for the delivery fee for your location.

Are reservations required?

Reservations are required for all party and event items. However, we do strongly suggest reservations for equipment as all are given on a first come, first serve basis.

What is required to rent?

We need a valid state of Connecticut driver’s license as well as a credit card.

Do you require deposits on rentals?

When reserving party and event rental items, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required for inflatables as well as EZ-Up tents. All other tents and other party items require a 25% deposit (of the total rental). The only equipment rental that requires a deposit is our Brushcat Rotary Cutter.

Do I have to return the equipment full of fuel?

Yes, equipment goes out with a full tank and must come back with a full tank, otherwise a refueling charge will apply. The only exception to this policy is the rental of our 2-cycle items. These are sent out with store-provided fuel (unless our suggested fuel is purchased at the time of rental).

Is there a cleaning charge if something is returned dirty?

Yes, all equipment goes out clean and must come back clean, otherwise a cleaning charge will apply.
